Introduction:
Gallo Pinto (Traditional Rice and Beans)

Ingredients:
1 cup cooked white rice
1 cup cooked black beans
1 onion, finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Lizano sauce (or Worcestershire sauce)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Ceviche de Corvina (Corvina Ceviche)

Ingredients:
1 lb fresh corvina fillets, cut into small cubes
1 red onion, finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 6 limes
Juice of 2 oranges
Salt and pepper to taste
Tortilla chips for serving
Casado (Traditional Costa Rican Lunch)

Ingredients:
4 cups cooked white rice
2 cups black beans, cooked and seasoned
4 small boneless chicken breasts, grilled
4 ripe plantains, fried
4 large leaves of lettuce
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 avocado, sliced
Lizano sauce (or Worcestershire sauce) for drizzling
Salt and pepper to taste
